clean

We recommend to use a shoe cleaning brush suited for velvet, together with velvet-safe shoe cleaner (alternatively baby shampoo). Always avoid using harsh chemicals to clean. Gently brushing the fabric to loosen any dirt, start by brushing a small area of the shoe before moving to the rest. Please do not use water to clean velvet shoes - this can result in damaging the fabric as velvet is not naturally waterproof. After scrubbing your shoes, let it sit for a few minutes, then take a soft cloth and wipe away remaining soap. Lastly, allow the shoes to air dry.

care

The shoes are designed to use on gentle surfaces. The shoes are crafted with fine and delicate materials are affected by humidity. Please take care to avoid direct contact with water, heat, oil, grease and alcohol. We recommend rotating the shoes you wear each day to prolong the lifespan of the shoes.

storage

We recommend to store your shoes in our Gondos dust bags when not in use.
